Radiator Tooling

Our staff has over 20 years of experience in the design, building and running of radiator end tank injection molds. This experience provides us with many design advantages, one being the ability to design and build flexible tooling capable of running multiple tank version from the same mold, thus saving the customer thousands of dollars in up front tooling costs.

Multicavity tooling

Another example of tooling flexibility is the switch component mold shown here. Using face mounted components on both the cavity and core side of the mold, version changes can be performed in the press without the added time and labor of removing the mold. 17 part versions can be run using the same base mold.
