Organized by the Foreign Trade Promotion Agency of Costa Rica (Procomer), Encadenados is a key initiative that took place on Tuesday, June 17, and Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at the Convention Center. Its main objective was to directly connect the purchasing departments of various companies with local suppliers located in Costa Rica. The relevance of this event was reflected in the participation of over 300 Costa Rican companies and 700 supplier companies that gathered to explore business opportunities. This convergence generated a total of more than 3000 business meetings, a clear testament to the dynamism and potential for collaboration within the national productive sector.

Presence of Leadership and Commitment

The event featured the distinguished presence of key figures who underscore the country’s commitment to the development of its industry and foreign trade. Among the attendees were the Minister of Foreign Trade, Manuel Tovar, the General Manager of Procomer, Laura López, and the President of Azofras, Ronald Lachner. Their participation highlighted the strategic importance of Encadenados as a platform to boost Costa Rica’s economy and competitiveness.

Accudyn at Encadenados 2025: Identifying Opportunities and Forging Alliances

For Accudyn, participation in Encadenados 2025 was of special importance, as it was the first time the company took part in this event. Juan Carlos Araya, General Manager of Accudyn in Costa Rica, commented: “For us, it is very important to participate in this type of event, as it allows us to identify the necessary suppliers that we will need for the upcoming opening of our facilities in the Evolution Free Zone in Grecia.”

In its role as a supplier, Accudyn was also present with the participation of Jairon Herrera, Sales Manager for Costa Rica. During the event, several productive meetings were arranged, as Herrera highlighted: “The meetings were quite fruitful, and we hope to be able to supply these companies very soon with our highly specialized parts.”
